      Description

      As the Senior Treasury Relationship Manager, you will provide support to Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) and accountability for briefing memos, account plans and Pitch Books, while ensuring coordination among product partners, TMOs and other internal partners to develop client solutions.

      MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO AND WORK FROM SOUTHFIELD, MI AT LEAST TWICE PER MONTH

      Primary responsibilities include

      • Work with manager on client proposals including Treasury solutions, cost/benefit analysis, pricing and profitability models, etc.
      • Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research.
      • Understand clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives.
      • Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions.
      • Develop and understand competitors products and positioning within the client & market.

      Qualifications

      • Minimum 8+ years Treasury Services sales experience.
      • Strong knowledge of cash management and card solutions.
      • Strong communications skills.
      • Demonstrates integrity and honesty.
      • Strong work ethic, self-driven, high energy and motivated to achieve results.
      • Ability to travel when appropriate.

      Education

      • Bachelor's Degree required.
      • CTP preferred but not required

      Hours & Work Schedule

      • Hours per Week: 40
      • Work Schedule: M - F 8am to 5pm

      Pay Transparency

      The salary range for this position is $120,000x - $185,000 per year based on experience, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
