The Treasury Services Support Specialist delivers a high-level customer experience to our Treasury Services customers. The majority of day to day tasks includes assisting current Treasury Services customers with their banking needs via phone and email. A critical part of the Treasury Services team, the Treasury Services Support Specialist works with various department staff to support implementations of new services, opening of new accounts and completion of day to day needs of our Treasury Services customers. This role requires attention to detail and solid organizational abilities as several tasks may be required to be completed at any one time.
The qualified candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
• Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation skills and writing ability
• Strong analytical and organization skills
