- Partner with Clinician to complete assessments. Develop and write treatment and behavioral plans.
- Oversee daily implementation of care and treatment, and supervise shifts in the milieu.
- Establish and maintain contact with collaterals.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services field. Alternative education/experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
- A minimum of one year of experience working with children/adolescents, required.
- Experience facilitating groups/treatment planning, required.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and desire to promote a better living standard for youth and young adults living with a mental illness or behavioral challenges.

Open Sky is seeking compassionate individuals who are looking to work for a large human service organization where there are opportunities to build a rewarding and meaningful career. We are hiring for the Ives House program in Worcester, MA, a 9-bed group care program for youth and young adults ages 14-20 who are struggling with mental health challenges. The service provided by Ives House is trauma-informed, strength-based, youth-guided, and family-driven. Ives House employs culturally responsive practices and is embedded in the larger community. The program is also permanency-focused as it aims to help youth and young adults transition into adulthood and develop healthy relationships with safe, dependable adults that they can utilize as supports as they navigate daily life and reach important milestones.
Treatment Coordinators are members of the leadership team within the program as well as the division within Open Sky. They work in conjunction with the clinician to facilitate safe, stable, permanent connections for each youth. They will work to prepare youth for permanency and assist youth in identifying caring adults, and with their readiness to live in the family and community. They also exhibit Open Sky’s commitment to racial equity, justice, diversity, and inclusion in the work they perform.
This is a regular full-time, benefits-eligible position.
