- Apply our 3D CAD software to create dental correction treatment plans based on written and visual instructions from our customers utilizing our DDX and Studio Pro platforms (70%)
- Direct exchange with our customers via phone or e-mail to discuss treatment details (20%)
- Implementation of production instructions of the respective process to maintain our high-quality standard (5%)
- Identify and implement process improvements to ensure product quality and reduce production time and costs (5%)
- Successfully completed training as a dental technician and 2-3 years relevant experience
- High willingness to learn to familiarize yourself with our 3D CAD software
- In addition, you have excellent teamwork skills and high social competence
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Very good attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service oriented and the ability to work with complex issues

JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for creating treatment plans using our own CAD software based on digitally scanned patient data. This role is responsible for all steps of the process, from the preparation of the digital impression to the treatment setup, to direct contact with orthodontists and dentists. Initially the goal of the position is to provide a supporting role to existing treatment planning teams and make request modifications by doctors to treatment plans created. The position will grown into creating and modifying new and existing treatment plans and direct communication with doctors for clarification and communication.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 3 or more years of related experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $36,000 to $63,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
