- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce.com.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6-12 months of business experience.
- Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to navigate systems and follow processes.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to develop a sales career.

This role requires the SDR to work out of one of our four offices (Washington, DC; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; Bellevue, WA), four days a week, Monday through Thursday. Candidates must relocate if not already in one of these locations, within a timeframe agreed upon with management. Okta does not offer relocation assistance.

The Opportunity
We seek Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to research accounts and contact prospects via phone and email to set meetings that generate sales pipeline. Ideal candidates are dedicated, curious, organized, communicative, flexible, and eager to grow in sales.
SDRs will manage a territory of accounts, planning and strategizing how to set meetings within these accounts by identifying the right contacts, making calls, sending emails, and coordinating with Account Executives.

Below is the annual On Target Earnings (OTE) range for candidates in CA, CO, NY, and WA: $80,000 — $80,000 USD, including base and incentives. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and location. Okta also offers equity, health benefits, 401(k), and paid leave. More details at
