- Operate and maintain construction equipment.
- Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and skilled labor as needed.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards.
- Handle loading and unloading of materials.
- Assemble and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
- Excavate, fill, or compact earth.
- Support craft workers.
- Participate in on-the-job training.
- Understand construction design, technical plans, blueprints, and models.
- Read plans, use mathematics for layout, and effectively problem-solve.
- Communicate proficiently in English for instruction comprehension.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to set and achieve goals.
- Travel to job sites as needed.
- Proficiency in carpentry, including trim, rough, and finish carpentry.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- General labor skills.
- Understanding of construction design and ability to read blueprints.
- Problem-solving and mathematical skills for layout tasks.
- Strong organizational and goal-setting skills.
**Trim Carpenter – $30/Hour – WEEKLY PAY**
Location: Lincoln, NE
Pay: $18 - $30/Hour (Depending on experience!)
We are seeking a versatile trim carpenter who excels in a variety of carpentry tasks, including formwork and rough carpentry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the use of power tools, skilled in selective demolition, and capable of complying with company policies and OSHA guidelines. This role involves responsibilities from the initial conceptual development to project completion.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
