- Operate and maintain construction equipment effectively.
- Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and skilled labor as needed.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards.
- Load and unload materials and assemble/dismantle temporary structures.
- Excavate, fill, or compact earth to support construction needs.
- Support craft workers and engage in on-the-job training.
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and models.
- Use mathematics for layout and problem-solving.
- Travel to job sites as necessary.
- Proficiency in framing, finish, and rough carpentry.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read plans and communicate effectively in English.
- Manual dexterity, balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Experience working in various weather conditions and terrains.
- $22/hr - $30/hr
- Monday–Friday, 48 hours per week, no weekend work

You’ll primarily work on commercial new builds in Lincoln, NE, with potential travel to surrounding job sites. The work includes both indoor and outdoor environments, depending on the project phase. Steel-toed boots, hard hats, high-visibility shirts, and long work pants are required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
