  You get it done
  Providing our customer, where quality is paramount (including HACCP and various ISO standards), with flawless logistics services. As a troubleshooter, you occupy an essential position within our logistics process. Together with your teammates, you are responsible for keeping the operation running smoothly. You work on it.

  How do you do this?
  In the role of troubleshooter, you are responsible for resolving operational escalations and malfunctions in the warehouse, many of which originate from human error and/or system problems. You will identify the cause of the problem, work on a solution, and ensure that similar failures are prevented in the future. You will achieve this by:

  
  • analysing and prioritising reported operational problems and reporting this to the manager;
  • solving operational problems/damages, providing ad hoc support;
  • improving operational processes by making, developing and implementing improvement proposals;
  • providing information and answering questions from employees and customers regarding disruptions.

  You bring
  • around 3 years of demonstrable leadership experience to employees coming from different cultures and language areas;
  • experience within a logistics (3PL) environment;
  • willingness to work 2 shifts and occasional or temporary night work;

  • good command of the English language both verbally and in writing.
