Job Description
- Req#: 36360
- Transport loads of tubular and other products to and from specific designations.
- Verify truck load to ensure conformance with shipping requirements.
- Help load, unload, and move products and materials.
- Perform operation, maintenance and safety checks on trucks and trailers.
- Collect documents for goods received and delivered.
- Complete driving logbooks, when not operating an ELD mandated unit.
- General housekeeping of vehicle.
- Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or control; talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- May assist in loading and unloading truck.
- Must be able to lift, up to 50 lbs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid CDL License.
- Three years’ experience transporting and securing oversized loads.
