      Job Description:
      • You will be responsible for policy compliance checks on publisher sites.
      • Work directly with other members of your team to remediate complex abuse issues.
      • Enhance our operational workflows via process improvements.
      Responsibilities:
      • Perform policy compliance checks on publisher sites.
      • Leverage SQL to extract data and uncover valuable insights from complex datasets.
      • Revamp existing dashboards or create new ones to monitor real-time data trends.
      • Share actionable insights derived from the data analysis, empowering team members to make informed decisions.
      • Develop educational resources on policy-related topics for interdisciplinary teams.
      • Research and analyze emerging abuse patterns and trends.
      • Identify and develop innovative methods for detecting abuse effectively.
      • Identify and develop solutions for scalable enforcement on non-compliant publisher inventory.
      • Conduct complex data analysis to identify opportunities for new signals, automation, and workflow improvements.
      • Present a unified enforcement experience to external publishers and support internal sales teams.
      • Drive solutions through analysis and cross-functional partnership.

      Experience:
      • 2+ years of work experience in a trust and safety role.
      • Excellent written and oral business communication skills.
      • 1+ year experience writing SQL python scripting.
      • Experience with Python coding and scripting (nice to have).
