      Trust Processor Associate
      Works in close collaboration with Trust Specialists and Lead Trust Specialist to ensure positive outcomes by participating in a variety of Trust activities that are non-cash related including gathering notes, processing routine financial transactions and reconciliations, reviewing and collecting documentation for proper execution and assist with client related mailings.

      Key Responsibilities and Duties
      • Provides administrative Trust support to Trust Specialists and Lead Trust Specialist.
      • Scans, files, documents incoming correspondence as well as prepare outbound mailings.
      • Participates in a variety of centralized operational trust activities including processing routine transactions or reconciliations.
      • Responsive to needs of Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Managers, clients (occasional interactions) and other key business partners.
      • Adheres to all service level agreements and timeframes.
      • Validates that all policy, procedural, standards, and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
      • Responsible for the accuracy of transactions either initiated by the client or business partners.
      • Maintains an active role in monitoring operational matters, including Trust account service activities, and assisting with resolving client service issues as needed.
      • Core activities include (but not limited to): ACH transfers, wire transfers, check requests, address changes, adding bank accounts, beneficiary updates, client mailing

      Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
