What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to routine customer and internal account inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up
- Communicate with clients regarding account openings, closings, asset transfers, and fees
- Create and maintain account documentation and organize related materials
- Process basic Trust transactions and perform cash and asset distributions
- Monitor accounts for overdrafts or large balances and notify leadership accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Accurate typing, spelling, and grammar skills
- Proficient in computer software systems including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- One (1) year of Trust or closely related experience
