- Conduct quality control inspections using hand instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
- Program and adjust laser settings for different materials and thicknesses, addressing issues like slag, burn-through, or burrs.
- Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production runs, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
- Previous experience operating tube laser cutting machinery.
- Proficiency in using hand instruments for quality inspections.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

The work environment is a clean, industrial welding shop operating from Monday through Friday, 6am to 4:30pm with half days on Fridays.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
