TURNAROUND OPPORTUNITIES– WINTER/SPRING 2024, Co-op Refinery Complex

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring Industrial Mechanic/Millwrights for the upcoming maintenance Turnaround at Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK for up to 6 months.

This opportunity will be offering $60.11 (Journeyperson), $52.55 (3rd or 4th year apprentice), $49.09 (2nd year apprentice), $38.39 (1st year apprentice) per hour + overtime.

What you’ll do:
Duties include but are not limited to:

• You will assist in the maintenance and repair of compressors, pumps, other rotating equipment, heavy-duty equipment, trucks, and high-speed packaging equipment.
• You will work mostly outdoors in all-weather conditions and are willing to adapt to the required working hours as they evolve, including night shifts and weekends.
• You will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures implemented by FCL.

Who you are:

• You are a certified Journeyperson and/or have Inter-provincial Red Seal Certification.
• OR you are an apprentice looking to expand their horizons with some industrial experience.
• You have a minimum of 1 year experience directly related to the required duties.
• Preference will be given to those candidates with a valid Safety Construction Orientation Training (SCOT) certificate. Due to the nature of the work, a positive safety attitude is required.
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
