What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle transactions, storage rentals, and customer service
- Maintain detailed and complete records for operations
- Ensure cleanliness and security of the storage site
- Assist the storage center manager in directing and motivating personnel
- Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving a minimum of 50 lbs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a customer service or retail environment
- Familiarity with storage rental operations or related fields
