  •
  Understand and market the concept’s promotions;
  •
  Acknowledge guests in a pleasant manner with appropriate greeting and salutation;
  •
  Monitor site equipment for performance and reliability;
  •
  Update supervisors on issues relating to operations, i.e.: equipment or processing failures;
  •
  Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  Job Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  •
  High School Diploma or equivalent;
  •
  Six (6) months cash handling experience;
  •
  Six (6) months customer service experience;
  •
  Must be least 21 years of age;
  •
  Ability to stand long periods;
  •
  Ability to bend and lift up to 40 lbs.;
  •
  Ability to multitask;
  •
  Ability to be flexible with hours;
  •
  Excellent communication skills;
  •
  Basic computer skills.
  Required Job Task Details:
  •
  Accurately count inventory and money at the beginning and end of each shift;
  •
  Maintain inventory as assigned;
  •
  Validate guests’ age by reviewing their proper ID;
  •
  Prepare and serve drinks and food;
  •
  Perform sales of items such as tobacco;
  •
  Properly payout guests;
  •
  Keep store stocked, clean, and well-maintained;
  •
  Perform other duties as assigned.
