      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure quality and usability of applications
      - Develop UAT test plans and manage execution of testing activities
      - Gather user feedback and document results for tracking and resolution of issues
      - Mentor team members on UAT best practices and foster a culture of quality
      - Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding UAT initiatives and project status

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in product and/or business analysis
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or relevant experience
      - Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies
      - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
      - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data analysis tools, such as Power BI
      - Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps
      - Experience in mentoring or managing teams
      - Understanding of document management software for UAT documentation
      - Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
