      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure quality and usability of applications from the end-user perspective
      - Develop and execute comprehensive UAT plans, test cases, and user scenarios across various platforms
      - Mentor and manage a team of UAT testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UAT practices throughout the software development lifecycle
      - Document UAT processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in product and/or business analysis with a focus on user needs
      - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant experience
      - Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and strategies
      - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
      - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI for analyzing user feedback
      - Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps for tracking UAT progress
      - Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
      - Understanding of document management software for maintaining UAT documentation
      - Experience in leading and mentoring teams in a testing environment
