      Req#: 270394BR
      • military veteran having left active service within the past two years
      • demonstrated top performance throughout military career
      • exemplifies leadership, teamwork and a culture carrier for the firm
      • bachelor's degree with a well-rounded academic background (coursework preferably in finance, economics or engineering or quantitative analysis), MBA or MS is a plus
      • strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
      • strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
      • strong analytical and/or quantitative skills
      • ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a demanding corporate environment
      • ability to produce accurate, detailed documents and presentations under tight deadlines
      • ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail
      • capacity to manage projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility
      • ability to explain why you are interested in the Financial Services industry and describe what you have done to prepare for such a career
