Job summary
Various hours available.
To provide a clerical and reception support service to patients and the department whilst collecting and recording vital patient-related data on the UECC computer system: Meditech and System 1 , Booking in of Ambulances and working alongside and across the Team in UECC, ensuring a effective and efficient service to our patients/Relatives .
UECC Receptionist will register and book in patients attending The Emergency Department and SDEC- Same day Emergency care service, also GP OOH Service.
Main duties of the job
To work on the Two Receptions that Service UECC.
Registration of patients that attend the department and via walk-in and Ambulance .
Receiving Telephone calls to the department.
Use of Meditech and System One systems .
Making follow on specialties Appointments .
General Admin and Clerical Duties
