  Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain user-generated content, including product showcases, crowdsourced reviews, and original articles. Discover and promote high-quality user-generated content to uphold the quality and depth of community content.
  • Ensure the community's activity by driving increases in the number of users, posts, and overall traffic.
  • Strategically plan community activities from the perspective of the Chinese community in the UK, leveraging current trends to facilitate the production of high-quality user content.
  • Manage and maintain the operation of UGC Rewards Centre, overseeing and executing aspects such as planning for new product releases, coordinating theme-based activities, and ensuring control and execution of prize delivering.
  • Provide creative ideas and support for discount editing, social media editing, marketing, and customer service departments.
  • Expand relationships with active bloggers/KOLs in the UK, cultivating and maintaining these connections to build the brand image of the Dealmoon community

  Job requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience in Chinese community operation.
  • Passion for shopping with insights into different brands and products across various categories (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, etc.).
  • Familiarity with popular Chinese apps and new media trends, actively engaging in various social networks.
  • In-depth knowledge of current UK public opinion trends, as well as familiarity with British culture, customs, and local life. Possess rich local knowledge and experience.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to handle images and videos.
  • Demonstrated skills in online event planning, content creation, and SEO optimization. Experience in self-media is a plus.
  • Familiarity with internet advertising, social media marketing, and unique insights into new media.
  • Native-level Chinese proficiency, with good English writing and reading skills, and fluent spoken English.
  • Experience in video production, GIF editing, photography, Photoshop, etc., is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong execution capabilities, and a team player.

  岗位职责

  • 管理和维护来自用户分享的晒货、众测及原创文章，发现和推广优质用户好内容，维系社区内容的质量和深度。
  • 确保用户在社区的活跃度，推动社区用户数量、发帖数、流量提升。
  • 管理维护金币商城运营，完成上新策划、主题活动策划和奖品寄送等环节的把控和执行。
  • 根据当下热点从适合英国华人用户的角度切入，策划社区活动，促成用户产出高质量内容。
  • 为折扣编辑、社媒编辑、市场部和客服部提供创意想法并给予支持。
  • 拓展活跃在英国的博主/KOL，维护和培养关系，打造Dealmoon社区的品牌形象。

  任职要求：

  • 2年以上中文社群运营经验；
  • 热爱购物，对各品类（时尚，美容，lifestyle等）的不同品牌和产品有自己的见解。
  • 熟悉小红书、微信、抖音等国内主流App和新媒体玩法，常年混迹各种社交网络
  • 熟悉当下英国舆论热点，熟悉英国本土文化、风俗和本地生活，有丰富的本地知识和经验
  • 有较高审美观，有一定的图片和视频处理能力。
  • 有较强的线上活动策划能力和文案撰写能力，有SEO优化经验和自媒体相关经验者优先考虑。
  • 熟悉互联网广告，社会化媒体营销，对新媒体有独到见解；
  • 中文母语级别，良好的英文书写阅读能力，英文口语流利；
  • 有视频制作、GIF编辑、摄影、PS等经验优先；
  • 认真负责，有较高的执行能力和团队合作精神。
