      Purpose of Position

      The NetJets Senior UI Designer brings innovative digital experiences and interactions to life for our luxury brand.

      • Be able to take established brand guidelines, and translate design across digital touchpoints
      • Be responsible for creating hi-fidelity wireframes, prototypes and final design for in-house-developed applications,including Owner, crew, and employee-facing programs to enhances the experiences each of these user groups
      • Collaborate daily with Software Engineers/SCRUM Team, Researchers, Strategists, UX Director, Creative Directors, and Copywriters on executions of projects to confirm that final designed projects are aligned with project strategy, message strategy, and on-brand aesthetic
      • Collaborate with UX Design team to deliver user-centric solutions that enable connections in an on-brand way
      • Work with Project Managers to ensure projects stay on time and budget
      • Have strong problem solving skills and be detail-oriented
      • Advocate for and be the voice of the brand throughout the design process
      • Mentor new designers, interns and vendor representatives to keep assets aligned with final solution objectives and business goals

      Tasks and Responsibilities

      • Develop, create, revise, and interate digital team interactive designs for NetJets branded digital properties
      • Works with the Scrum Team, Product Team, and Creative Team to ensure brand cohesiveness and intuitive user experience through final delivery
      • Participate in strategy meetings to collaborate, share UI best practices, and ensure strategy and final work is aligned from first stage
      • Concept, and create presentations on the visualization of future projects for executive review

      Bachelor's in Graphic Design

      Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)

      • Experience in visual design and user experience design
      • Strong background in creative design for web and digital applications, and designing for responsive web and accessability standards
      • Must have exceptional typography and layout skills and competency with tools such as Figma
      • Prototyping experience preferred
      • Experience building and using Design Systems
      • Excellent time management and communication skills
      • Expertise with full Adobe CC suite preferred
      • Positive attitude that fosters an exciting creative environment
      • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
      • Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive
      • Portfolio demonstrating work in digital applications
