      The UI Path/RPA Developer position is expected to be a 100% remote.

      Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

      The successful candidate will use their enthusiasm and strong development skills on the following.

      • Ability to build, design and deploy BOTS in the UI path platform.
      • Implement design, development, testing and deployment of best practices across the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
      • Implement UI Path BPM building process models, creating and using complex data types, designing forms, and creating business rules and constants to control workflows.
      • Coordinate with business and developers and design and develop the core UI Path platform from end to end.
      • Participate in analysis, design, and new development of UI Path based applications.
      • Create and maintain various applications built using the UI Path Business Process Modeling frameworks.
      • Build applications, interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations, etc.
      • Demo development efforts to the internal team and the program office.
      • Build UI Path plugins and UI Path embedded interfaces.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelors degree in a Science, Mathematics, or Engineering discipline
      • Must have 5+ years of relevant experience.
      • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team executing in a fast-paced agile environment.
      • Expertise with UI Path BPM Framework/Architecture.
      • Ability to translate software requirements specifications into functional application prototype using UI Path/Salesforce etc.
      • Experience as an application developer with exposure to multiple technology platforms including Java/J2EE, Python, Oracle, SQL server, PostGres, APIs etc.
      • Working knowledge of SDLC, project management, application delivery with exposure to application integration.
      • Must be able to work with users to gather and refine requirements addressing the business problems.
      • Experience in configuring, debugging, and systems integration including configuring forms, reports, underlying logic, and interface components as a developer.
      • Hands-on experience with UI Path, and/or Salesforce.
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
      • Strong planning and organizing skills.
      • Ability to prioritize and work effectively towards deadlines.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Certification in UI Path and/or Salesforce development

      Security Clearance Requirements:

      • US citizenship, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust

      Physical Requirements:

      • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
      • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
      • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

      The projected compensation range for this position is $90,200-$149,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
