      Job Title: UI/UX Designer Consultant – Onsite
      Location: 1970 West Broad Street, Shipley Building, Columbus, OH (Onsite only)
      Interview Process: Initial 15-minute Microsoft Teams screening followed by onsite interviews

      Job Description:

      We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer Consultant to work onsite at our client location in Columbus, OH. The selected consultant will play a critical role in designing modern, intuitive, and user-centered interfaces for enterprise-level applications. This role requires direct collaboration with business users and technical teams in an agile environment, with a strong focus on end-to-end UI/UX design, prototyping, and stakeholder engagement.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead the UI/UX design for complex enterprise applications using modern prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma).
      • Conduct user research, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
      • Partner closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders.
      • Define and build reusable design system libraries and ensure design consistency across components.
      • Ensure seamless UI handoff to development teams, participating in agile ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning).
      • Validate designs through user testing, feedback loops, and iteration.
      • Design intuitive, accessible, and secure UI experiences aligned with ODPS coding and compliance standards.
      • Contribute to strategic UX direction, lead design initiatives, and mentor junior designers if required.
      • Collaborate on integration of UI with backend services, ensuring functional and performance alignment.
      • Maintain clear communication and documentation, helping guide the product strategy through design.
