      Job Description:
      We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer to modernize and enhance existing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is user-focused, technically collaborative, and business-savvy with a strong grasp of modern design practices.

      Must-Have Technical Skills:
      ✅ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision or similar tools
      ✅ Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility (WCAG)
      ✅ Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks like React/Angular for collaboration)
      ✅ Familiarity with user testing, A/B testing, analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics

      Functional Skills:
      ✅ Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications (web & mobile)
      ✅ Ability to translate complex business needs into intuitive designs
      ✅ Strong cross-functional collaboration with product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders
      ✅ Excellent communication, data-driven design decision making, and user-centered thinking

      Key Responsibilities:
      Review and optimize existing UI/UX designs
      Collaborate with business and tech teams to gather requirements
      Produce wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
      Build scalable, future-ready UI/UX design systems
      Advocate UX best practices and promote a user-centered culture
