      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide government clients in incorporating human-centered methods to address complex user experience challenges
      - Plan and execute UX initiatives from discovery through interface design, including research, prototyping, iteration, and accessibility testing
      - Serve as the voice of the customer to ensure their needs are met within proposed solutions
      - Conduct primary and secondary user research, including user interviews and workshops, to inform design decisions
      - Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary delivery team, integrating research and design into technical sprints

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - US Citizenship required
      - Minimum of 4 years of professional UX and UI experience designing solutions for multi-platform digital products
      - BA/BS or equivalent experience, with a total of 5+ years in relevant fields
      - Demonstrated experience in UI design, including wireframing and prototyping
      - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and Zeplin

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working on a scrum team within the Agile delivery framework
      - Knowledge of 508 compliance requirements
      - A current portfolio showcasing relevant design ideology and skills
      - Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity for problem-solving
      - Excellent written communication and presentation skills
