• Optimize resource allocation and drive continuous improvement in marketing's contribution to commercial results.

• Mentor and inspire the UK Consumer Marketing Team to achieve their goals and contribute to business success.

What You Need to Succeed

• Extensive leadership experience with a proven track record of success.

• Strong consumer marketing experience, both online and offline.

• Growth marketing mindset with proven experience.

• Excellent commercial and financial acumen.

• Full-funnel marketing capabilities and a portfolio of successful projects.
