What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide configuration and end-user support for the scheduling system, acting as an expert user
- Manage a queue of support tickets and coordinate with personnel and vendors to resolve issues efficiently
- Develop and deliver training materials tailored for end users
- Oversee operational questions related to scheduling inputs such as certifications, demographic data, and schedule rules
- Monitor scheduling performance metrics and provide reports to identify trends and suggest improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree in a clinical, health science, or information technology-related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a scheduling system
- Experience with advanced scheduling electronic tools such as UKG Dimensions or similar systems
- Ability to obtain training and certification in scheduling software from vendors used by the employer
- Minimal travel required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a behavioral healthcare environment, hospital operations, and staffing functions
- Familiarity with workforce management system configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance
