Regular Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
On-Call Rotation: One full week at a time, typically from Monday through the following Monday morning
Weekend Staffing: No in-house imaging staff on weekends; on-call coverage only
Weekday on-call begins after regular hours and runs from:
Monday: 4:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Tuesday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Friday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Saturday)
Weekend On-Call:
Saturday 7:00 AM – Sunday 7:00 AM
Sunday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM
Perform ultrasound imaging procedures with precision and care, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Operate ultrasound equipment in accordance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
Accurately document procedures and enter supply charges into the system.
Maintain compliance with FDA and ACR quality assurance standards.
Collaborate with physicians during invasive ultrasound-guided procedures.
Graduate of an accredited school of medical sonography.
Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
Breast Ultrasound certification preferred.
Valid BLS/CPR certification.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in medical sonography.
At least 6 months of experience assisting with invasive ultrasound-guided procedures.
