      Employment Opportunity

      As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will be an essential part of our highly trained security team, ensuring the safety of our clients while customizing security solutions to meet their needs. Your role will encompass safeguarding personnel, identifying authorized individuals, and responding promptly to emergencies within the banking environment.

      Minimum Requirements upon Hire:

      • Must be capable of meeting the positions physical demands and handling emergency situations.
      • Must be at least 21 years old (age exceptions may be granted by the regional security director).
      • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
      • Customer-focused with good communication skills.
      • Maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance.
      • High school diploma or equivalent required.
      • Completion of state certification and licensing as necessary.
      • Initial drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check required.
      • Annual first aid/CPR/AED certification is a must.
      • Fire Guard certification is preferable; obtain Fire Safety Director certification if required.
      • Minimum one year of Security Officer experience; military or law enforcement experience may substitute.

      Position Responsibilities:

      • Protect the bank's personnel, assets, and property.
      • Verify identities of individuals entering bank premises and departments.
      • Screen visitors and service personnel for authorized entry.
      • Ensure proper authorization accompanies items leaving the bank.
      • Respond to emergency situations and execute corrective actions as directed.
      • Adhere to all post orders and general guidelines.
      • Assist customers, employees, and emergency responders as necessary.
      • Conduct regular patrols of the bank premises.
      • Prepare incident reports summarizing actions taken during emergencies.
