- Patrol and Maintain Security: Conduct regular patrols on assigned routes, both solo and with a partner.
- Provide a Visual Presence: Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats and reassure those within the area.
- Respond to Incidents: Respond to security incidents, assist with law enforcement, and enforce security policies.
- Report and Document: Prepare written reports of incidents, observations, and security issues.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, provide directions, and offer assistance.
- Safe Operation: Maintain the bike in good working order and operate it safely and responsibly.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere to site-specific policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively - both written and verbal.
- Document all activities/incidents.
- Exceptional people skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow all policies and procedures on post orders.
- Ability to react calmly and professionally to emergency situations if they arise.
- Be responsible for securing the entire premises - both interior and exterior.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a background check and drug test, along with any additional tests required for the site
- Training on all aspects of the site

Job Skills / Requirements
Job Title: Bike Patrol- Unarmed Security Officer
Location: Dallas, TX - Victory Park
Schedule: All shifts/days. Full Time and Part Time.
Pay Rate: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour
Primary Purpose and Function
The Security Officer is responsible for providing security services at assigned locations with a focus on observing and reporting. Duties include, but are not limited to monitoring and reporting all activity, reporting suspicious activities, suspicious persons, writing detailed narrative reports, maintaining daily activity reports (DAR’s), enforcing post orders, site rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and responding to emergency situations requiring security assistance.
