- Photocopying documents
- Creating legal and social work file folders
- Data entry and analysis of demographic data
- Preparing and archiving legal and social case files
- Observe client interviews with Social Worker
- Research potential referral sources (i.e., mental health, education, therapeutic)
- Observation of court proceedings, witness interview and conferences
- Assist with building CLC city-wide resource manual
- A variety of administrative tasks including filing and scheduling interviews
- Observation of court proceedings, witness interview and conferences
- Drafting client and collateral witness correspondence
- Conducting client/litigant/collateral interviews
- Locating and providing referrals to clients
- Obtaining and copying court files
- Digest case records (school, medical, COI’s, forensic reports)

CLC is currently seeking enthusiastic and competent unpaid undergraduate level interns to support the day-to-day activities of our organization.
The goals of a CLC internship are to learn the areas of the law in which we practice, gain hands-on experience and provide assistance to CLC staff, but more importantly our clients. After an orientation and training the intern will be paired with a mentor and will receive close supervision and training.
