      Job Opportunity: Undergraduate Student, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and BCaBA

      Location: San Mateo, CA

      This is a part-time, on-site role at Alternative Behavioral Solutions. The responsibilities include working directly with clients to implement behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data, collaborating with team members, participating in training sessions, and developing individualized treatment plans while adhering to ethical standards and regulations.

      Qualifications:

      • Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
      • Skills in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
      • Current RBT certification or eligibility
      • Enrolled in or completed undergraduate studies in psychology, education, or related fields
      • Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
      • Basic computer skills for data entry and analysis
