      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and evaluate risks associated with construction excess accounts, sourcing necessary exposure information
      - Understand and apply policy construction, including forms, coverages, exclusions, and nontraditional structures
      - Conduct in-depth analysis of loss run reports across multiple lines of business to ensure accurate risk assessment
      - Adhere to underwriter instructions and company guidelines for policy terms and regulatory compliance
      - Provide comprehensive account servicing support for new business, renewals, and endorsements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with no prior experience in Administrative, Customer Service, Financial Services, Risk Management, or Insurance OR
      - Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and no prior experience OR
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent with 2+ years of experience in relevant areas
      - Knowledge of data collection and analysis
      - Microsoft Office experience

      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Exceptional relationship-building and active listening skills
