      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist underwriters on Representation & Warranties deals
      - Review non-disclosure agreements, joinders, and non-reliance agreements
      - Draft excess policies and provide support in the policy drafting process
      - Gather information on new and renewal business and change requests to support underwriter decision-making
      - Investigate discrepancies in the gathered information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate generally preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience with an insurance carrier, agency, or broker
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
      - Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in insurance or mergers & acquisitions (M&A) is preferred
      - Familiarity with electronic filing systems and underwriting processes
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
      - Strong communication skills to interact with brokers and underwriters
