What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, review, and enter rating information for new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Contact agents and follow up for missing information
- Process endorsements and develop relationships with agents
- Participate in writing new business for basic accounts
- Assist underwriters with providing quotes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the state of Ohio
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- One year of underwriting support experience
- Keyboarding speed of 40 wpm with accurate data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- General knowledge of insurance terminology
