      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide pre-quote transaction support to underwriting, including data entry validation and documentation verification
      - Review and process bind orders, ensuring accuracy before policy issuance
      - Complete policy drafting and booking of premiums within internal systems
      - Manage post-bind transactions, including endorsements, cancellations, and inspections
      - Collaborate with various departments to resolve policy questions and streamline processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 to 3 years of insurance operations experience
      - Strong expertise in surplus lines policy issuance and post-bind operations
      - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred
      - Strong problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - High level of accuracy in reviewing documents and entering data
      - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
