What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support employee training, projects, and customer service improvements within the Underwriting Operations Team
- Ensure processing activities are accurately completed in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve needs and improve processes
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and assist in implementing new workflows
- Manage and prioritize daily tasks and assignments to meet deadlines and customer service standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative work with increasing responsibility
- Strong technical writing abilities and proficiency with Microsoft 365 products
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities in a professional manner
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or customer experience
- Ability to type 50-55 wpm accurately
- Knowledge of basic algebra and geometry
