What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service the needs of customers and support others maintaining customer relationships
- Respond to inquiries promptly, providing status updates and complete information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1 or more years of experience in Customer Service or Transactional Operations
- OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree with no prior experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to produce quality work with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working in a high-volume, production environment
