What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate situations and conduct thorough assessments to process new business applications

- Utilize various systems and tools to support multiple underwriting areas
- Employ critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to enhance customer experience
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear and professional communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work flexible shifts and maintain regular attendance
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand customer needs
- Proficient in computer systems, including email, data entry, and Microsoft products
- Strong attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills
- Must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico with access to high-speed internet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Previous experience in an underwriting call center
