What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong customer service and call center skills with the ability to assess customer needs
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, including proficiency in data entry and Microsoft products
- Excellent attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills
- Must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico and have access to high-speed internet

- Previous insurance or underwriting experience
