We are looking for an experienced Unica Campaign (or) Administrator with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in system administration on Unica. The ideal candidate should be familiar with version upgrade and provide the new features/capabilities how it can be leveraged.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Ability to understand the business landscape and recommend new ways to leverage Unica tool
• Familiarity with Unica campaign and marketing operations modules
• Experience in Unica version upgrade from V10 to higher versions on Windows (VMs) and SQL server
• Experience with certification and active outreach campaigns
• Design, build, and deploy marketing campaigns within IBM Unica Campaign or other Unica modules
• Develop custom scripts and code as needed to extend the functionality of Unica and meet specific campaign requirements
• Integrate Unica with various data sources and databases to collect and manage customer data effectively
• Collaborate with marketing teams, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand campaign goals and objectives, translating them into technical requirements
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Unica-related issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to marketing operations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaigns, workflows, and custom code for future reference and auditing
• Familiarity with off the shelf customer outreach tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, RedPoint CDP or Responsys Campaign Management by Oracle
• Focus on QE, especially using automation to validate functionality post-migration
• Good understanding of Unica tool best practices from Campaign and marketing operations
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates in marketing automation and campaign management, suggesting and implementing improvements accordingly.

Education - BE/Any Technical Degree
