  In order to support Cross-Programmes, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

  Unified Planning Project Manager (d/m/f)

  Our Military Air System Cross-Programmes organization (TAP) aims to enhance and boost Project Management practices along all the projects/programmes of Military Air Systems. Within this framework, Programme Excellence team is focused on the standardization of Programme & Project Management processes, methods and tools, as well as improve the adherence of MiAS to the PM Processess framework.

  The jobholder will be focused on the support and deployment of Unified Planning (Planisware), as UP Coach, and will be a key enabler of Integrated Planning Management.

  Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Ensure best definition and deployment of Processes and standards in all MiAS through the Coaching of tool UP in these key processes such as Integrated Planning Management, Earned Value Management, Scope Management (SOW´s, WBS), Change Management (Baseline Change Process)

  • Establish and deploy UP Protocols in all the servers of UP used by MiAS

  • Manage User support of UP and EVM as well as Incidents

  • Prepare and deploy UP and EVM trainings

  • Verify and Control the new version or applications of UP

  Desired skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent

  • Programme and/ or project management (office) skills

  • First experience with complex products, in best case for aircraft systems

  • PM Process, methods & tools skills (trainings, years of experience with UP Dev, ARM, office, confluence/jira or similar)

  • Networking skills, flexibility, self-motivation and creativity and beeing a simplifier

  • Customer focus, result orientation and anticipation mindset

  • Business fluency level in German and English are mandatory

  This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
