      Job Title: Journeyman Electrician


      Job Description

      We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to execute projects and work orders by installing, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment. The role requires performing scheduled assignments, work requests, and projects accurately and timely while maintaining a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers.

      Responsibilities

      • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine correct layout and troubleshoot electrical installations.
      • Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, Ethernet and coaxial cables, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.
      • Test electrical and electronic equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
      • Maintain, repair, install, and test switch gear, transformers, meters, regulators, and reactors.
      • Conduct preventive maintenance and keep records.
      • Research and specify repair parts from manuals and digital sources.
      • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance reliability and value.
      • Follow all safety standards, requirements by local agencies, and operating procedures.

      Essential Skills

      • 1-3 years of experience in process-driven electrical maintenance.
      • Ability to read drawings and blueprints and interpret specifications.
      • Understanding of industry standards for installation, repairs, and safety.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Proficiency in electrical, conduit, blueprint reading, installation, and schematic understanding.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $76000.00 - $76000.00/yr.
