      Get to Know Your Team:

      • Portneuf Medical Center is a nationally recognized healthcare leader with 205 beds, serving as the region's tertiary care and Level II Trauma Center, housing the Portneuf Heart and Vascular Institute, Portneuf Cancer Center, Portneuf Medical Group, and Portneuf Air Rescue.

      Responsibilities

      • Provides administrative and/or clerical support to ED Director/Manager, under the general direction of the charge nurse(RN) and Medical control.
      • Provides EMR support to Staff.
      • Assist department in day-to-day operations.
      • Assists in smooth patient flow throughout the Emergency Department while functioning as the focal communication source.
      • Works on special projects as needed/requested.

      Qualifications

      Job Requirements:

      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Current BLS certification within 90 days.

      Preferred Job Requirements:

      • Previous hospital or clinical experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
