What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform typing, filing, and general clerical support tasks as assigned by Manager
- Assist multiple departments with necessary clerical support
- Work closely with Nursing Administration, Nursing Services, Behavioral Health, and other clinical areas
- Handle general clerical duties efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to the operational budget and provide essential support to various departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be Work Study eligible
- Ability to perform general clerical duties as assigned
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Familiarity with healthcare or clinical settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
