      Overview

      At AHS we believe Talent Acquisition plays a direct role in building healthier communities through the talent we acquire.       We are looking for a passionate and energetic talent hunter to support campus and program hiring for multiple facilities in the system. If you are interested in taking part in building diverse teams, developing talent at the entry and reentry levels that will assist in leading the future of healthcare advancement this may be the role for you.

      Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with stakeholders (DE&I, BRGs, Business Leads, etc.) and execute on the strategy, development and execution of the campus and conference program across the US
      • Hands on full-lifecycle recruitment for entry level and inclusive initiative program hiring across multiple functions, including: building the talent pipeline, screening, on-site interviews, and offers while building positive candidate experiences and relationships
      • Build, maintain, and foster relationships with target inclusive organizations, universities, professors, administration, and student organizations
      • Serve as a consultant for the business to advise on their internship and program hiring needs and opportunities
      • Act as Brand Ambassador Internally and Externally
      • Project manage plans to build and strengthen AHS brand as employer of choice online and at events
      • Design and facilitate summer internship experience from orientation to full-time candidate conversion including activities, manager trainings, check-in’s, mid-point presentations, and final presentations
      • Leverage data status and trends to inform recruiting decisions
      • Expected to present data, trends, and other initiatives to leadership
      • Drive employment and regulatory standards that apply to all recruitment activity and ensures compliance with all local, state, federal rules applicable laws, and AHS practices, including OSHA, Joint Commission, and Magnet

      Qualifications

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s Degree

      Relevant Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      • Minimum of 2+ years of campus recruiting experience
      • Experienced and passionate about creating and deploying strategies for various recruiting initiatives including but not limited to campus recruitment, diversity, veteran, reentry outreach and recruitment programs
      • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
      • Strong organization and recruitment project execution experience
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel)
      • Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends and travel up to 40% as needed for events
      • Preferred: Experience with Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.
