What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
- Qualify prospects using consultative selling techniques and BANT criteria
- Expand the sales pipeline through warm and cold outreach campaigns
- Conduct research on companies and add prospects to the outbound list
- Maintain accurate client relationship data in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be graduating in 2025 with a B.S. (or higher) from a 4-year accredited university
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening abilities and energetic phone presence
- High level of comfort with sales, prospecting, and marketing tools and processes
- Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency daily
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in customer-facing or sales roles
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Experience in financial services sales
- Background in a high-growth startup environment
- Understanding of financial services concepts
