Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on- and off-the-job training and the opportunity to start building your own network. Each rotation is designed to provide you with in‐depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of months.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Support the Operations on the strategic development of the business area, actively supporting the transition the division is undergoing

• Support in various strategic management related matters (e.g. cost and revenue management, optimization of processes)

• Prepare quantitative and qualitative analysis to facilitate decision-making and supervisory activities

• Support senior management related organizational, communication and reporting topics

• Responsible for cultural and people initiatives within Operations e.g. Bank wide survey, strategic workforce planning etc.

• Support global bank initiatives with the focus to improve operational performance, product and service offering

• Coordination of key initiatives within Operations with a special focus on leading or supporting concrete strategic projects

• Independent analysis of special topics and issues across COO

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree or bachelor’s degree with an equivalent amount of practical experience from a university or university of applied sciences in economics, banking, finance, business administration, engineering or hospitality (graduation max. 12 months ago)

• Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets, internship or first practical experience in Wealth Management is a plus

• Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker

• Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility

• Independent, resilient and team-oriented personality

• Excellent situational adaptability (able to work with Senior Management and colleagues from diverse backgrounds)

• Friendly, trustworthy, and discreet personality with a high level of risk awareness

• Highly service oriented and passionate about quality and efficiency

• Systematic, precise, and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure

• Fluent in English, German is an advantage

• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
