      We are looking for talented University Graduates! Kick-start your career with our Focus-Track Graduate Programme within the Private Banking Region Emerging Markets.

      Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on- and off-the-job training and the opportunity to start building your own network. Each rotation is designed to provide you with in‐depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of months.

      Start date: 1 October 2024
      Programme duration: 18 months

      YOUR CHALLENGE

      • Active member of a front team, respond to client queries, manage the service for existing clients and build relationships with clients, prospects and internal stakeholders

      • Proactively assist Relationship Managers and Team Head in client interaction and all related tasks (client on-boarding, risk management, operational follow-ups etc.) and in implementation of projects and initiatives

      • Customize client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings etc.)

      • Deepen your knowledge about financial markets and economic data with a view to understanding how this may influence portfolios and products

      • Support Relationship Managers in drafting investment proposals and in marketing activities (compile presentations, client reception, meetings, business trips, events etc.)

      • Interact with clients in an independent and professional manner in all aspects of account management

      • Professional exposure – serve and acquire clients, increase your responsibility

      • Specialization – get experience in Private Banking

      • Dynamic insights – rotate through different teams

      • International experience – on a professional, social, and cultural level

      • Steep learning curve – thrive in various projects, develop new skills and interests

      YOUR PROFILE

      • Master's degree or bachelor’s degree with an equivalent amount of practical experience from a university or university of applied sciences in economics, banking, finance, business administration, hospitality (graduation max. 12 months ago)

      • Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets, internship or first practical experience in Wealth Management is a plus

      • Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker

      • Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

      • Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility

      • Excellent situational adaptability (able to work with Relationship Managers and clients from diverse backgrounds)

      • Friendly, trustworthy, and discreet personality with a high level of risk awareness

      • Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing

      • Systematic, precise, and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure

      • Fluency in German & English, other languages an advantage

      • Eligible for employment authorisation in Switzerland
